location and staff

The office of the company is located nearly the central part of Kiev. It is equipped with computers, corporate information network and other communication facilities, which should be necessary for effective work with the customers and partners.

Company staff includes 23 employees. 9 managers are directly engaged in sales and services.

Each of the sales managers has own specialisation and possesses long-term experience of work in the field. The four from these managers were trained at Sericol International Training Centre.

IPS is service orientated company and that means we are not interested simply to move products between ours and customer's stocks.

IPS meets engagements with customers and invariably invests into service and it's resources.

IPS holds the Service and Training Centre, which is one and only in Ukraine, and the most equipped Service Centre. The following kinds of service for screen printers are available:
     aluminium frames manufacturing;
     stretching of meshes of up to 2,0 x 3,0 meters in size;
     emulsions coating up to 2 x 2,5 meters in area;
     "Computer to Film" pre-press service;
     stencil making - up to 2,0 x 3,0 meters in size;
     squeegee blade sharpening of up to 2 meters;
     printing tests and technological processes design;
     research and development in application areas;
     Pantone matching service (available for screen and narrow web printing industries)

Technicians:

	Chief technical supervisor has more than 17-year practical experience in screen printing. He was trained at the SST-THAL Training Centre and Sericol International Training Centre. The supervisor implements practical technical support in all fields of screen printing (including industrial kinds of printing, such as CD, graphic, containers, etc.);
	The "IPS Service and Training Centre" is maintained by the team of three experienced technicians having wide practical experience within more than 8 years.

IPS has distribution network covering all major cities and regions around Ukraine:
two branch offices in most developed industrial regions - Kiev (Central Ukraine) and Kharkiv (Eastern Ukraine);
Six resellers in major cities and regions of Ukraine (Kharkiv, Dnipopetrovsk, Odessa, Lviv, Crimea, Chernigov).

IPS and Sericol have common consignment stock in Kiev to provide excellent local availability for customers in screen, narrow web and digital printing industries. Efficiency of availability for customers is supported by IPS local imported stocks in it's branches and dealers.
